Horrible convenience store Engen Zambezi Quick

Engen Zambezi Quick Has changed from having a 24 hour convenience shop to only operating till 11pm there’s not even a notice on the door you just wait there while the lady is away and when she returns with her horrible attitude tells you that you cannot access the shop after 11 but you can order via the window?? What is the use of a 24 hour convenience shop by the petrol station where you are supposed to fuel up if it doesn’t operate past 11? And why is there no communication on the doors to the consumers?
