Horrible Attitude and racial comments

I went to an engen garage bronkhortspruit. A young girl was standing in the walkway with a security guard chatting. I asked to pass because they were standing where we are supposed to pass and the girl responded that i must walk around. I said but this is the walk way. Then the security said she is the owner and this is her property she can say whatever. He further said it's a ****** thing. A white man was behind me and they let him through. When I asked the staff at the garage about this. I was told that most customers are no longer coming to this garage because of the attitude from the owner. This was my favourite garage. Please can you fix your attitudes.
