Ladies working in the kitchen at Engen Garage Route21, Corporate Park in Irene are so rude to customers. They shout at us and tell us that you need to wait for them to do what they want to do first before they can give you service. Today in the morning I went to buy fat cakes and the lady serving the fat cakes was shouting at us telling us that she is busy and got a lot to do and we have to wait for her to finish what she is busy with or we can go if we want to. Cant even explain the rudeness we receive daily in that garage, today was the worst experience. The other day when I complained that why do they always tell us that there are no fat cakes when their colleagues get them. A lady on the counter told me that her colleagues are also human beings they also get hungry. My question to that Engen garage Manager, what happened to the customer first rule. Going to that garage in the morning is a pain but what can we do as I do want to buy the fat cakes for m y morning tea. The service we get in that garage is unbearable. So, so rude those ladies. Hopefully this does get to the management so we can go buy in that garage peacefully and get the service we deserve as customers.
