Why does ENGIN BIG BIRD hire people who do not want to work?

I arrived at the garage and waited for about 20min before being served. When they eventually decided they want to work, France walked to my car and asked how he can assist. At that point I asked him why I had to wait so long and what the challenge is. He proceeded to proudly say I should have HOOTED!!! I immediately asked for the supervisor but none of them knew where JOHANNES MIYA was! The lack of urgency and bad attitude towards work is really disturbing. They should consider rotating employees more often to create the sense of appreciation!
