Held hostage by drunken staff. This organization to be brought to justice and hopefully, we can get thousands of people to boikot them. They deserve it. Got to put petrol in the car, wrong card. This specific vehicle is used for animals rescues therefor staff and volunteers are using the same card and sometimes do forget to leave it in the vehicle. Ask to fill the car with R300 ( 93) got in the shop wanted to buy milk and pay only to see it is the wrong card, I ran to the attendant and said please stop. I could only stop him at R220. I said we have a problem it is the wrong card and need to go back and get the correct card.Many staff knows me and volunteers by now. They started looking at me and start laughing, I said this I serious but got no reaction. While the one lady stuffed her mouth full of food the others turned their back on me. I told them I am serious. The attendant was so drunk it's not even true and in the Woolworth shop he made ***ual dance moves with the cleaning lady in the Woolworths area- sis I will never buy food their again. Then they start with the mocking and said if I take of my shoes they will let me go to get the correct card. I said in the meantime phone the police while I told the lady how can they let that drunken man on duty. She said why is there a problem as long as he can do the job it's okay. Then I know here we are sitting in a situation working with the mindset like this. Now I was waiting for them to allow me to go get the card come back and pay. They terrorized me from 21:00 -23:15 standing around and making jokes. Then they wanted me to take off my shoes to leave as a security while my watch and sunglasses are much more expensive. But this was not about the security it was about humiliating me. I do not have the best patience a man can have but seeing that new year is the around the corner I tried to respect their way of seeing things. With all the rush get the animals save I also left my phone on my desk. So whatever contact I could make to assist me I couldn't with no phone. I gave them proof of our address and ask if one attendant can go with me so we can resolve the matter. The declined every solution I put forward but clearly it was a joke to them all. I asked him to phone the police they couldn't assist me back home which is totally understandable, there are way more important issues that need the police. So I still waited at their mercy to let me go and get my card. I then want to get everyone name. They immediately turned their badges inside out. While trying to handle the situation as a normal educated person the sound of laughter and racial remarks continued. Customer even asked me, why don't you take them out - meaning don't let them do this. I ask myself the same question, maybe because I don't want to spend the night in jail. This drunken attendant continues with his dance moves and even ended up in a customers car it was a gold GWM. Here I am standing trying to find a solution. At 23:50 I was able to leave my watch and sunglasses as security. While I was driving out this attendant put my glasses on inside the shop and made funny moves with it and facial expressions. I have requested that whoever is in power to come and to an alcohol test but all staff refused me any contact details. As I am busy typing this I am so furious and this is not going to end here. I will make this may 2018 mission of getting justice to ******* systems and ****** treatment like this. I might just lose it if I go back now.I'd rather wait until there are managers on site, but I think the owner chooses not to come out so that he can tell the press and further investigations there were never such proof. I don't think I ever want to put those greasy sunglasses on my face after it was on his, il make sure engen will replace it. The cameras, if it was working, should cover most of my allegation accept the one where I requested to get someone out for the alcohol test. Finally, i got off the hook where I said I will sleep there and continues asking for the manager to come out for the alcohol test, as soon as they saw I was serious they tried to get rid of me kept my sunglasses and watch.
