having trust in customers

on the 14th March 2020 I went to Engen garage in Mfolo/white city I realized that I forgot my wallet and did not have cash on me but luckily I had Engen app to pay, the petrol attendants helped me without any difficulty and they were friendly made me feel trusted and comfortable. other Engen garages never allowed me to use it as they thought I was gonna run away or **** them.
