Harassment by petrol attendant that Engen Haasendal wont take responsibility for

I was harrased by a petrol attendant at Engen Haasendal Kuilsiriver, the Management called me in, showed me the footage and apologized and told me that they will get to the bottom of this.

My fone was damaged in the process of this attack by the petrol attendant and im traumatised, but to my shock and surprise, the Management wants me to be compansated by the petrol attendant, yet this happened on company premises.

On the footage that the Managers showed me, i waited for long to be served as other cars after me were served and left, because i ddnt put in petrol i cant request for tyre pressure he shared. So i put my pressure myself and when i asked for his name to report this, he gave me when he heard im going to report he scrambled to attack me as seen on the footage.

Is this how Engen treats its customers? We are now scared to put fuel there or other Engens for that matter because of this incident
