HARASSMENT AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

So yesterday (30.07.2017) I was meeting a friend in Auckland Park, I went into engene ( Annet Road AUCKLAND PARK) first and bought a few things and took a walk to my friend's house, leaving my park packed at engine, there was a signage board written "parking for engene and steers customers ONLY". i felt comfortable leaving my car there for a few minutes because at that point i was a customer. i took about 2/3 hours at my friends place (TOTALLY UNPLANNED) and when i returned to the garage my car was clipped.
i went into the shop and told the till lady that i had left for few hours only to return to find my car clipped. the friendly lady directed me to the security guard to whom i explained what had happened.
i explained clearly,
1. i did not plan to leave the car there for such a long time, 2. i was a customer and still had receipts and products that i bought earlier, 3. i did not know that i cannot park it for over 2 hours because the board does not go into such details. He (Themba) says to me that the car is not allowed to park the whole day, to which i agreed and apologise for doing so.
My apologising became the root of my problems because he then said to me, for him to remove the clip, i need to give him "a little something". SHOCKED, i asked, i do not understand? What is "a little something". he then said to me "anything you have, something nyana", i calmly rep**** that if he had a receipt to show WHO i was paying and HOW much i have to pay and HOW the amount was concluded, I WOULD GLADLY PAY. He then tries to scares me to say would i rather pay R500 which is the "normal" fee? “if that is the case lets go to the tills to get your receipt"
To my surprise, when we got to the tills there were NO RECORDS and for this reasons they could not provide a receipt and he still INSISTED that I should pay R500. Fast forward a manager by the name of Zenzele was called (telephonically). Themba speaks to him and failed to explain to his manager Zenzele that the reason for this dispute was because he asked for a bribe, he explained the story as though I was refusing to pay, EVEN AFTER I WAS THE ONE WHO REQUESTED THAT I WOULD PAY IF THERE WAS A RECEIPT.
Unfortunately the manager did not give me time to explain my side of the story, until he had to drive to the venue (apparently, according to Themba, he was only 5 min away) but when Zenzele got there, he had to tell me how far he had travelled *as if I cared at that point*. I told him my main issue was ethics, and had I paid Themba "something nyana" then we would not have had any issues. I also explained to him that I respected the business rules and if the rule was for me to pay, I WOULD PAY with a receipt and a VERY GOOD clarification. Zenzele then tells Themba to unclip the car and continued to say A LOT OF DISCRIMINATORY UNWELCOMED COMMENTS such as "you (being Themba) should have spoken to the lady softly BECAUSE SHE IS A WOMAN" and "THIS LADY JUST DOES NOT HAVE MONEY BUT IS SCARED TO SPEAK UP", " I CAN SEE SHE IS NOT IN THE MOOD TO SAY THANKS, BUT SHE WILL SAY THANK US ANOTHER TIME” I mean EXCUSE ME!!!!!!!!!
His closing comments “I hope this does not chase you away as a customer"
1 - I was a customer at the point at which I parked my car - the board does not specify min/max parking times
2 - There were no records to suggest I should pay the DEMANDED R500.00, no receipt, nor where there records to specify the “something nyana” that was asked.
3 - There was no apology for my time spent discussing the whole issue (it took about 20-30 minutes to get my car unclipped, while they (Themba and Zenzele) talked about me as if I was not there.
4 - The manager made verbal comments which I found extremely discriminatory, violating my CONSTITUTIONAL right to unfair **************. Did his comment suggest that if I was man the situation would have been different?
5 - IF there are any penalties that would be posed in the future, let that information be as visible as the board that says customers only.
6- Ethics, the manager Zenzele lying that he came from far to solve the problem (when he took approximately less than 5 minutes to arrive after being called) and the Security guy (Themba) asking customers for “something nyana” without receipts is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

I DEMAND an apology for such a treatment.
