Grossly Insulted by Petrol Attendant at Engen Blockhouse 1 Stop South

It was around 8pm when we arrived hoping to fill up my tank when the attendant (Jeffrey) told me that their card machine was not working. My friend who was sitting in the passenger seat asked if there was no other alternative as we only had a fleet card and we were on reserve. He walked away as if he was going to find out from his seniors but as he was walking away from into the store he had quite a few stops to chat with his colleagues and other customers whilst we waited. In my agitation of this, I got out of my car and walked to him to calmly ask why he is taking so long as I was talking to him a colleague of his (now known as his supervisor) who was sitting outside of the door on the bin budged into our conversation rudely saying "well if you are in such a hurry why are you still talking and not getting in your car?!". I rep**** that I was not talking to him and can he kindly not involve himself as he doesn't know what we are talking about. I walk with Jeffrey to the car so he can service us, as we are walking, the "supervisor" starts throwing curses at me. It was then that I couldn't take the curses and I retaliated with the curses and got back into my car.

When we thought this was over... He then came closer to my car and continued to throw vulgar words at me like "b*tch" who do you think you are? We not gonna run around for you, we don't work for you, you're cheap with your Mr Price pumps and you even drive a company car thinking you're better than us, you must be drunk from cheap alcohol... Thats when I got out of car and faced him in anger asking him what's his problem... This went on for a good 15 to 20mins. The more I walked away the more he spat insults. As we were about to drive off, my friend in the passenger seat got so offended on my behalf that she got out to report her at the front store window that's where we were told there's no one superior to him, he's the supervisor which is probably why he felt all this power. I'm so offended at how comfortable he was swearing and belittling me as a customer that I want him severely reprimanded. Offenders name: Tshidiso Date of incident: 19/10/2019
