Google review: Disappointing Experience with Petrol Station Staff and Business Practices

I have been a loyal customer of this petrol station for years, but recent experiences with the staff and their bad business practices have left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will never be using their services again.

I had asked for a refund on a "wash and go" slip, which was denied by the staff. Although the slip was old, there was no return policy in place, and I had assumed it was like a coupon. Despite paying for the service, I never received it, and they were unwilling to refund me. This is unacceptable - the principle is simple: they stole from me.

I hope that others who have had similar experiences will join me in ***cotting this petrol station. Their behavior is completely unacceptable, and I cannot in good conscience continue to support a business that treats its customers in such a disrespectful manner.
