Good afternoon I visited Engen garage today and ask for R200 petrol which I did not get however I swiped my card and R200 was debited

Good afternoon I visited Engen garage today and ask for R200 petrol which I did not get however I swiped my card and R200 was debited.wher I went there they said they have searched the cameras and petrol was loaded as per the footage, I am so sad because now I have to pay again.
