Fuel vouchers

Engine petrol station GYPSEY at Witbank which runs a competition with Wimpy. I won fuel vouchers which in Equates to R1000 which was sub divided into R250 x 4 on the 11/03/2026 I went to refill my fuel on the 13th of March the told me that their system had an error it can redeem the vouchers I then had to pay using my own money, today I went again to try to redeem the vouchers but then I was told that they can’t redeem the vouchers it’s been more than two weeks trying to redeem the vouchers but nothing is happening.
