Fuel cap missing

Good day

Please note that my fuel cap was not replaced when I poured petrol at Engen Country View Midrand. I only found out when i was pouring petrol this time at Engen Melrose.

I Visited Egen Country View on 6 Aug 2022 around 12:10 pm to pour petrol

Car: Red Polo vivo hatch Reg: DZ 50 FG GP

I have sent an email to *** on 8 Aug 2022 and received an auto response that i will receive a response in human form, until today, there has been nothing.

I visited the garage on 9 Aug 2022 and spoke to the manager, i informed the manager on what happened. He took down times, pump number, picture of the slip, my details and promised to get back to me later that very same day as he will check the camera's. Until today there has been no feedback from either communication to Engen that i have tried.

Please assist as driving without a fuel cap does pose a greater risk
