Fuel **** at Engen Strijdom Park

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and attitude I experienced at Engen Strijdom Park on 01 August 2024. went to top up fuel in my car and was served by Lwazi. Soon after I left the service station, I discovered that the fuel gauge did not show that I had poured fuel. I returned to the station and requested to see the manager, Eric. I also noticed that there was fuel on the floor at the pump I used and on my back wheel near the fuel tank.

Eric was not helpful; instead, he was arrogant and insulted me, saying it was not possible. Both Eric and Lwazi were very rude and arrogant when I tried to resolve the issue with them.

I believe that customer service is paramount in any business, and the attitudes displayed by both Eric and Lwazi were completely unacceptable. Such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of your service station but also discourages customers like myself from returning. I urge you to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that all employees adhere to a standard of professionalism and respect towards customers
