? ********** activity in filling up tanks

I've been a driver for more than 10 years now and only use ENGEN as my filling station. Until on Friday the 4th at ENGINE PRIME CORNER, Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. Went into to fill up my tank, which needed only few litres to be filled up. I did with R292.55 for a full tank, drove of,then realized that the the gage didn't move, about 1 to 2km into the drive, drove back to make them aware. I asked for the manager, was told he is in a meeting, asked for the second incharge, was informed that he's also not around and I demanded to speak to anyone who is in charge for that Shift.

After a long wait , a male, named VALLY,who identified himself as a Supervisor, after telling my story, told me it does that and I should drive for 3km and the gage will go up,told him that I'm always filling my car there and this never happened. And the drive back is equalled to the 3km that he's telling me about, was told to drive 10km then it will go up.

I was getting late to drive to Pretoria, and he told me to drive and if it doesn't go up I should come back.

I requested for a slip so that when I come back,I'm not told stories, them all of a sudden they can't find my slip. Then asked for a copy from the tills, was told that their printer or machine only has TILL SLIPS when you USE CASH,when you SWIPE with a card, no copy is available, and this alone raises eyebrows.

I drove off so angry and called the call center, after 20 minutes of airtime,I had this *** as a reference number and that someone will call me. 2 days later I'm still waiting for a call.
