********** activities - manager simply does not care

I went to Engen garage on Hendrik Verwoed - Centurion to inform them that there was ********** activities on my card from their garage. The manager didnt want to assist me- stating that I need to supply him with a receipt, I tried to explain to him that I dont have a receipt as I didnt make a purchase there he refused to assist me and told me that the matter will have to be investigated .... and then handed me back my bank statement that I printed on his request .... so who is suppose to investigate this? is this not the managers responsibility? I phoned my bank then and asked them to help me - they stated that this is not a double transaction/payment from them and that it must have been the garage who double banked/claimed it from them (my bank)!

please be very aware of activities on your account - I am not saying that this well known company is *****ing, they are simply just not doing anything about it when raised to managements attention!
