Forecourt promo sounded like like inside a club!

On Saturday 27 June 2015 at 13:30 my wife, 18 month old toddler and i stopped at the Engen garage in Windermere road to fill up wth petrol and order food from Steers. There was a promo going on in the forecourt which consisted of 2 outdoor speakers blasting live marketing blah blah blah and music which sounded like came from a club DJ's collection, thump thump thump, etc. <br> <br> I'm not old and cold ,however when we stop at an Engen one stop petrol station to fill up with petrol and buy food, I expect that if my toddler is sleeping in the car, he would remain sleeping and not be subjected to pointless club style environment. <br> <br> When I complained to the owner, he advised that this was directly from Engen and he had no control over the promo.<br> <br> Neither I nor many other customers are impressed by your promotion which had the opposite affect as I will NEVER frequent your club stations again, I'd rather drive the extra km to Shell and know my toddler wont be subjected to such noise.
