Filling stations full of air than petrol

I have a complaint about thr manager at Prinhof angen garage in pretoria , manager Charles Khalo. On the 24th of september i poured petrol there, the gauge didnt go up as it ussualy does like other times iv came there before. I even stepped out of the car to ensure that there was no petrol on the floor and my tank was closed properly. I had thought that my gauge was broken as this was the first time it happened. I then had petrol (diffetent garage), and the gauge moved up as ussual. On the 29th of September i remembered to go to the prinshof garage to inform and find out the procedure from the manager there. He then proceded to be rude to me and that insisted that the petrol station have never been faulty. I doubt this is even proper procedure when it comes to this because i almost spend money trying to fix a problem on my car that doesnt even exist. With this exprience i dont want to continue petrol services with such a poorly managed petrol service provider nor would i recommend anyone i know to use it if matters are to be conducted in such a manner.
