Feuling at Engen Akasia Motors Kathu highly not recommended. You pay bit don't get feul

I usually feul up at elegant motors in kathu but then i heard that if you feul up an engen you get E bucks at FNB so i started putting my feul at Engen Akasie Motors here in Kathu. I started noticing i have to put alot more feul and i do not pick it up on my feul gauge so 3 days in a row i put feul there..... R150, R200 and then R300 but my car stays empty and the light stays on. Previous times i put R100 and R200 but the same thing so i put the theory to the test and put the same amounts in 3 days time but my car was more than 1/4 almost half? So what is going on? Why do i pay for fuel and i don't get it. I asked around at the other feul stations and i heard im not the only customer experience that problem and complaints with Engen Akasie Motors?
