False advertising

I’m really furious about what happened ,I have a wiCode app which is topped up at work on a monthly bases ,it list all the stores that we can purchase in across the country ,I normally use this voucher at Engen stations to fill up ,I searched for Engen Allandale service station and it’s also listed as one of the stations that offer WiCode services,I went there and filled up ,the staff is all friendly no issues with them at all ,I filled up and when it was time to pay ,the cashiers had no idea about the wiCode service ,I had no extra cash with me and I already filled up ,the scan was not working and there was no option to type in the wiCode ,I was standing there feeling like a ******** as if I wanted to rip the poor Petrol attendant off ,I mean why would you list a service station and says it offers a certain service while it doesn’t ,I’ve never felt so belittled and humiliated ,never says to customers that you offer a service when you don’t ,I had to ask a friend to transfer me so cash so I can pay as I already filled up ,I had to drive back for about 10-15 minutes to withdraw so that I can pay ,we live in a world of technology and moving away from older systems .
