False advertising

<p>I fueled up at the Engen station on Ladies Miles in Bergvliet this morning and saw a promotion on 2 Cadbury chocolates for R28.90. I got to the counter with 2 Cadbury chocolates and was told that it didn't apply to the chocolates which I chose. I feel that this was ridiculous waste of my time arguing with the ladies at the counter and that this is false advertising and whoever marketed this promotion failed dismally. </p>
