Failure to provide Payslip of Late family member

Hi I am requesting hellopeter to assist me on a case of Mr Aron Bradley Mathata who has sadly pass on recently. He was working as a petrol attended at Engene Petroleum in Gauteng Pretoria Selbone Site. when the Family is making follow ups from the company, they are being told that there is nothing the family will get as a form of compensation, the family requested for previous payslips to see if there was no deduction were made, then Mr Thabiso Themba and Pretty Senyaka and their rude Manager Mr Maake Danny could produce them until today we are requesting for a proper explanation why the company cannot pay anything
