failed to take accountability

i would like to lay complain about the engen that is in kaalfontein . i poured a petrol yesterday after i drove off and my car didnt power anymore after i drove a small distance ,management failed to take inniative and accountability on the issue im so dissapointed of the service that is rendered to clients.
