Failed to deliver service

Around 6:38am I went to fill up petrol when I got there a guy by the name of Andris assistated.I did not check if he did put in his tag I start my car I checked the petrol Gage my petrol was still low even thou I did put 4litres Inn.I drove about 5km my Gage still not moving I went back and request a slip he gave me n ask me to come back afternoon to short out this when I come back afternoon he was not there and the lady by the name Tebogo was very rude they failed to assist me.
