Extremely ****ED customer

<p>My husband and I went to the Engen Quick Shop in Lutzville, on Sunday night to buy some drinks as we where traveling back to Vanrhynsdorp. As I stepped in the music was extremely loud and none of the staff even greeted. I went to get the drinks and as I was walking to the pay counter I saw the straws and was on my way to get one when the till operator named Marietjie, was tapping her hands on the counter in a very disrespectfull manner, wanting me to put doen my drinks. Even though I was still looking at the products displayed on the counter.i went and put down the drinks as I didnt want to purchase anything else anymore. She still didnt greet, didnt ask if I wanted a bag or say what the amount was.. She was too busy in a personal conversasion with the guy cleaning the pie stand. As this is such a small place and we as "locals" are used to people giving friendly service, this deeply dissappointed me. As from now, I will NEVER support a Engen ever again! Worst attitude and most unprofessional staff I have seen in my life. Disgusted!!</p>
