Extremely bad service

WHAT AN EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE I EXPERIENCED AT TEMBA Filling station on the 25th of July 2023 at 21:00. I arrived at the filling station to fill up then boom all petrol attendants were sitting down (3 to be precise), and you could see with their body language that they were not in the mood to assist. So one stood up and attended me,with relief I thought atleast I'm gonna be assisted. Little did I know what extremely bad service I'll get, the gentleman who attended had no name badge on, I greeted him and told him that I wanna fill up for R400 he decided to fill R398. 20 that's not what I wanted, he then left to take the speed point, upon his return he realized the mistake he made and continued to bill bill me for the amount he chose, he then said "KARata"(meaning card), I did know which one he wanted cos I normally use clicks card for rewards, gave him my bank card and he processed my payment. 1 he did not adhere to the normal service standard..... He didn't ask me about my clicks card, Tyre pressure, oil, water and did not offer to wash my windscreen..... I don't think that I'll ever go back to engen.... Tembaplace engen... The receipt shows that the operator was Chaba, He was unfriendly
