Extremely bad customer service

I was at the car wash to get my car washed, to my surprise the car didn’t come out clean, I complained to management then the staff retaliated, and it’s sad that there was one staff member who stood up and told he’s co-workers that they were wrong because the car isn’t clean, but this only escalated the situation and he’s own staff turned against him, there were vulgar words used, I mean how simple was just cleaning the car again? Or cleaning the areas that weren’t clean? Why call it a car wash if the car doesn’t come out clean? I paid for a full car wash not half, if staff doesn’t want to work why are they even staff to begin with? Your service is disgusting Engen garage country view, get your act together
