Extremely bad and insulting service from Engen petrol station George Drive Muizenberg.

Last night I put fuel in my car at the above garage. After paying for it, I turned the ignition on and there was no movement whatsoever in the fuel level. This means the fuel went somewhere else but not into my tank. The service attendant could see this but chose to enter into a argument with me, and blamed the petrol meter, the price of petrol, my car etc. I put fuel in my vehicle on average every 2 days. So I know the car very well. There is nothing wrong with any of it. It is a Mercedes Benz which is serviced regularly. After this experience I went over the road and filled the tank with exactly the same amount of fuel and the meter registered the amount of fuel, proving the idiot at Engen wrong. All the Engen attendants gathered in a corner and unbeknownst to them I understand Zula and Xhosa quite well. They were making the most disgusting rascist remarks about me, calling me a white ***, and a mad old white man amongst other things.. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS. AND ITS *******. I then bought electricity from the brainless cashier and discovered 2 lines of numbers on the slip. She tore two slips off the machine. On asking which one I must use in my meter, she said she didn't know. After arguing with me about it very heatedly and during which time I lost my temper she told me never to come back to the garage again and go away. SO I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. She also made ****** remarks in Zulu to another assistant behind the counter. THE PETROL ATTENDANTS ARE ****** *******, AND THE STAFF IN THE SHOP HAVE NOT GOT THE FAINTEST IDEA WHAT THERY ARE DOING. The manager is disinterested, and has no interest in his clients. Engen employees are ******s, and don't realize that many white people in this country can understand perfectly what they are saying. So I went to see the manager this morning. who told me my car petrol gauge was broken, ( he is of course a Mercedes Benz expert) and told me to have a "nice day" and then walked away. The way I was treated , confirms one thing to me. Engen have ****** thieving staff who are rude and insulting to their clients. DONT EVER GO THERE. THERE IS A BP GARAGE UP THE ROAD, AND THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. Its a pleasure going there. I should never have gone to ENGEN and wont ever again. ANY ENGEN GARAGE..
