Excellence through service

I recently filled up at North Ridge Engen in Bloemfontein. For some unknown reason the attendant filled the tank with petrol and not diesel as I requested. I approached the supervisor on duty to inform him about the incident. He apologized and immediately arranged to have the fuel tank drained and the system cleaned. He took me home and delivered my vehicle filled with clean diesel. They need to be commended for excellent client care and consideration. Well done and thank you so much.
