evil cashier at ecaleni engen

i am so disappointed with Engen Ecaleni in Tembisa, The petrol attendants here are always friendly & give exceptional service, however i had the worst experience with the cashiers days shift 2, i had an emergency and rushed to the atm only to realise that i was wearing a gown even though i begged to use the atm but the cashier switched off the machine without any care as a result my brothers card was swallowed by the atm and no remorse whatsoever instead the cashier told me that it is what it is even though i went to the car to wear a jacket.. yes there are rules however wen dealing with people a little empathy could go a long way as i always fill up my gas there but the treatment was so appauling, sometimes we wonder why peole never grow
