Enster attendant at Greenstone park

Greenstone park Engen garage (Poor Services from Enster attendant)

Very Disappointed and feel very taken advantage that I am BLACK woman.I drove to Engen garage at Greenstone park today around 16;37 to pour fuel at my car, while paying i ask the Attendant if i could pay inside ,she said yes. As i walked to the paying point inside ,,,,ENSTER another attendant, she female such disrespectful,impolite,discourteous, inconsiderate, blunt,arrogant,rude. she calls and shouts at me that i need to move my car cause they busying,,where does she get that nerve to shout at me not knowing why im going inside the shop to do ,,,,she said im going to buy inside who told her that.

As she was shouting as if i am her child. I walked away and went to pay. As i came out by the sliding door she was there i told her i am not happy with how she spoke to me ,,i told her i will report her to manage guess what she said " lets go and report me " Enster is full of nonsense,,,such disgrace to our society . We went to the office and she denied everything while shouting, such shame to black woman like her. taking advantage of black woman. I'm pouring petrol for her to be paid and be at work but shes giving attitude as if she knows me.

Engen Garage Greenstone Park please upskill customer services skill to Enster or give her position to someone who can do better job ,,,,she sour ,,,sour worm. I hope the Ceo and up managers see my write review regarding poor services i got from Enster today. if you do not discipline her today ,you will lose valuable clients cause of her.She full of intolerant behaviour like 4 year old child that time she's Ugogo at Engen.

I will take this further ,if it means pulling out foot tage i will and listen to what she said to me ,,,I am truly not happy as a client.
