Engine service station

Everytime I go to the engine petrol station in florida Goldman their fnb point of sale is not working..

Yesterday I decided to to there to use my ebucks on petrol R200.00 the guy puts the petrol in there after he comes for the cash I give him my ebucks card, he then tells me i cannot pay with ebucks as the system for fnb is offline but absa machine is working but I cannot use ebucks on there and I won't earn points either, I didn't have cash coz I entended to use my ebucks, so I had to get someone to send me money..
