Engine giving bad servive cape town airport retail centre

On the 30th March 2019,i lost my phone at one of Engine fuel Airport retail centre at Cape Town ********** 281,i was told the manager is not on duty to view cctv and i was told to come the following day at 7am by Ms Samatha Daniels who will be on duty , on the 31 st March 2019 i went to the service station but couldn't view the cctv footage because mouse pad was faulty, however i returned the following day past 7am because Ms Samantha Daniels was going to be at service station, but wasn't assisted because of the faulty mouse pad but Ms Samantha Daniels promised to return to me by 4pm but she did not... I feel the service station is failing below zero and engine should do something about managers that are not on duty while customers are there.... This is absolutely not on as the manager failed to assist me and is not willing to assist however....
