Engine garage sells expired items,

On the 13th May 2025, I acquired sweet from engine in greenfiedls in East London the EC, I travelled for 2 hours and when I arrived I saw that the sweets were expired, they expired on the 26 Sep 2024. I called them and they told me to fill in a formal form to complaint, this was crazy because why are you not even apologetic about selling expired sweets, you are just telling me to fill in a form. I sent them a message on Facebook and they did not respond until today (03 June 2025) asking me an irrelevant question. I want my money back, I might be R20, but I want it. PS - this is not even the first time I have experienced something like this from them.
