Engine Fuel Damaged my Vehicle

My rep filled up his company vehicle on the 23rd of January 2015 at ENGEN Randfontein, a couple of hundred meters down the road the vehicle cut out. He had to have the vehicle towed to VW Krugersdorp who later confirmed that the fuel Engen Randfontein put into my vehicle was indeed contaminated. When I spoke to the manager of this Engen the next morning she told me they need all the fuel from the tank as there might have been water in the tank already. They must think I am stupid, if there was indeed water in the tank prior to filling up he would have got stuck before getting to the Engen. VW kept the fuel for them but the owner of Engen Randfontein Suhayl is deliberately giving us the run around, claiming he has to wait for Engen South Africa. I have logged a complaint with Engen South Africa, reference ***, but they too are giving me the run around. It seems that Engen refuses to accept liability for the damage caused be the water they put into my tank.

I was thinking of my attorney but that just takes forever so I am going to make a banner and Facebook page documenting my experience.
