EngenSA a disgrace on customer satisfaction

<p>Would like to lodge a complain on the bad service recieved at Raslouw Engen on 20 MAY 2016, where i went to fill my car (BMW 320D) with diesel and somehow it got mixed up with water . Tried to have a meeting with Operational manager onsite, who was very quick to dismiss and protect what happened. BMW service centre, also tried to have all parties involved but Engen representative were very defensive not wanting to hear the analysis and the investigation as conducted by BMW.. I then escalated the complaint to ENGEN-SA a year later nothing was done as it caused me R97k for the engine. Please i am still waiting for your intervention. REF: ********** </p>
