Engene with Contaminated fuel

On the 1st of September 2018 I filled in at the Airport Motors in East London round about 09:08 in the morning going to PE ,on my I noticed a white smoke and then the car started jerking as if it was out of gear and it stopped .I looked at my slip if the fuel was correct and yes it was ,I then call the Renault as it is under warranty and they towed it to PE .After investigation they found out it was fuel contamination ,I then longed a call with Engen head office and sent all the required information to them @ ********** with ref# ********** . Few days later I got a call from the garage owner requesting some documents that I should email to his email address which I sent ,stating that most cars that filled fuel in the morning from 6 to 12 1st Sep 18 had the same problem but they were able to salvage them .After that there were calls and email from his insurance saying I should claim from my insurance (which does not cover fuel contamination ) and later on I was told that they are sending investigators to the dealer (garage owner) .All I hear is that they are prioritizing the claim, Renault wants to charge for storage and I did not even get assistance of a courtesy for my inconvenience , it now 4 of October and I am still with out a car.
