Terribly disappointed , i have never been so humiliated and belittled in my life as a paying customer, i simply wanted to buy bread from the convenience store and wanted to pay using my bank card , the horrible manner in which i was rep**** by Nomsa telling me its either in pay cash or theres no bread for me infront of her colleagues even more so when i tried to reason and her becoming annoyed and taking down to me as if i am a numnut . Im defeated! For bread nogal????? Get your guys to learn customer service, etiquette, use of proper labguage to customer and a simple smile and kindness
