Engen windscreen washer tools not upto standard

At Engine Morden statio in Mokopane on 46 Thabo Mbeki street, i poured petrol there on sunday the 8th April 2018 at 14:28. I asked the attended to also please wash the windscreen for me, which he did. When i wad approaching Mokgophong i realised that the tool that he used to wash my windscreen had actually scratched my windscreen, it made a half circular scratch on the windscreen. So diaappointed that the equipment used to wash our windscreen actually damages it.it is not upto standard
