Engen Whittlesea Needs an Upgrade

This is a concern, there's a Engen Garage in Whittlesea, Eastern Cape. Not sure if the owner doesn't have money to rebrand or business is bad but they still get their Petroleum from Engen. The filling station is in bad shape, not clean, the shop sells expired food it is not the quality of the Engen we know and trust. It has a Capitec ATM outside that is always offline the filling station is not cleaned or taken care of. Can you advise the owner to maybe paint or clean and also rent out the shop if he or she cannot maintain the standard
