Engen West Cape Garage- bad service

Very unhappy about the service I received Today from Engen West Cape, Kuils River.

Engen West Cape-

Our business have been filling up with them for more than two years, every single Day.

we have more than 20 vehicles, we spend +-R4000 to R6000 a day when we fill up fuel. more than R60 000 a month, no account, debit card/cash.

Today, i used my card in the morning for a large purchase,, when i got to the petrol station, my card declined due to limit. i told the manager/stand in- i will just get another card quick (we are literally just behind them) but they dont know. after a debate, i had to leave my phone at the station. the petrol attendants tried to convince this guy to let me go.

this is not about my phone, no! but simply for the amount of business we give to them on a daily, this is the treatment we get.

i dont even know the managers name, but know the petrol attendants.- they are always friendly to us.

to put this whole thing in context, the manager dont care about us, because we have no relationship, we dont know eachers names, he dont know we just behind them. all this could have been avoided if the management had some sort of interest in their customers, but know i assure you. they dont care.

if i dont cool down, we will surely make use of another petrol service station!!!
