ENGEN TSWELOPELE BAD SERVICE

I hope the mail finds you well. I need to bring to your attention the terrible customer service we get from Engen Tswelopele. On Friday 31/08/2024 I went to go pour petrol. I arrived at 17:24pm and only left at 17:58 all because there were no petrol attendants. It is month end with an influx and the floor only had 3 attendants and all the pumps were open for service. One guy had to serve at 2 pumps. What I found even more disturbing was the fact there were Engen employees by the office standing outside laughing, chatting and having a great time while we as customers are sitting in the cars frustrated. One of the taxi drivers called for the guys and the other one shouted back at the driver saying it's not his shift and we shouldn't complain to him. Guys, are you serious? This isn't about shifts, it is about customer service and efficiency. They do this even in the mornings before 6am they will be talking and you as the customer must just idle and wait for them to finish. It's terrible and has to be fixed. Please, provide customer service training and take it seriously. Also taking customers seriously. They are too playful.
