Engen treatment of stuff

I have a question for engen about it's working conditions

There's an engen that I have concern about that really is my concern...

My question is when an individual meets a mystery shopper at engen and fails the mystery shopper they lose their job and with no final warning or even a chance to improve themselves.

Why are engen staff being ticked on a checklist instead of the clocking system being used this particular garage doesn't allow staff to ask questions and this garage intimidates staff of losing their jobs if they want to ask questions.

During such cold weather's the staff is not supposed to wear parka jackets that they paid for they only wear them at night though other engen stations have no such restrictions.
