Engen Toekomsrus Randfontein not wanting fix my car.

Last week Sunday on the 03rd I visited Engen Filling Station in Toekomsrus, Randfontein between 9 and 10 in rainy conditions to put in some petrol there. After paying and on my way out, my front left wheel got stuck in open manhole with no proper lid on it ..The petrol attendees manage to assist but parts of my suspension got badly damage and very impossible to drive my car properly. I manage to call the owner who promise to investigate the matter via CCTV but he never got back to me after promising me so. Today nearly 5 days later 08/04/2022 I call him back but he said that there was a empty crate covering the manhole which is still unacceptable in my view cos that part of the area was supposed to be isolated and also no proper danger sign was visible as it is a danger for any motorist filling they cars there. I have being filling up my car with petrol my whole life at that garage and this is how I gets treated..Just wants someone to assist to get my car back to normal.
