ENGEN STOLE MY MONEY

Engen Ferness in Ottery used to be my tried and trusted garage, however I felt victim to a ****, Saturday 16th September at 9pm I needed to fill up my Renualt Clio 900T 900cc vehicle with R200, which amounts to 8 litres more or less, the petrol attendant assisted me by fuelling up, however once starting my car up I noticed that my fuel Guage did not move, I queried this with the attendant however they blamed my cars instrument's mentioning that it might be faulty, when I insisted that my petrol Guage moves immediately whenever petrol is thrown in, they asked me to drive a few meters and assured me the Guage would move which it didn't, I went straight back to the garage advising that my needle did not move and I feel they did not actually throw in that amount. The attendant mentioned I should visit the next day when the manager is available, he was not!!! They called him, and I spoke to a Mr Scheeper who was inherently rude did not give me a chance to explain and said he would check the camera footage which is procedure However I insisted that the petrol was not thrown in at all! Normally when driving on 8 litres because my car extremely light on fuel I get easily 120kms out of 8 litres of petrol, in my case since leaving the engen garage on my way home my petrol light flashed at 20kms which alerted me again to the fact that petrol was never thrown into my tank. Sunday 17th September I left my details for Mr Scheepers to call me, which he did on the 18th September again this man was rude with no skills in assisting the customer he was rude on the telephone did not give me chance to explain again and even though he was not present the 16th could tell me the 8 litres was thrown in, he was uncompromising rude and terrible to deal with. I feel i was a victim of a **** at that garage, even though the footage shows the petrol attendant actions, visuals can never prove that the 8 litres was thrown in. ENGEN YOU HAVE RIPPED ME OFF, IN TODAYS WORLD R200 MIGHT NOT AMOUNT TO MUCH HOWEVER THIS WAS ******, MIND YOU THAT WHEN I TOLD MR SCHEEPERS I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HES RESPONSES THAT I WOULD TAKE THE MATTER FURTHER, NR SCHEEPERS THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I HAVE TO WATCH WHAT I SAY!!! BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SEVICES THREATENING A CUSTOMER!! ENGEN YOU STOLE MY R200 I WANT MY FUEL OR REFUNDED MY R200. I WILL NEVER TRUST THAT GARAGE AGAIN.
