ENGEN: *****ing from vulnerable consumers
Thinking that with the fuel prices being sky high, the cash back in e bucks would help.Instead the Engen in Manguzi managed to squeeze 90 litres into my max 80 litre fuel tank. After kicking up a stink and showing proof of the car's specs, the manager said that I was a **** and that they would call the police. After much wasted time and money, full of proof, we went to lay a case of ***** at the Manguzi police station with sergeant Naidoo. Sergeant Naidoo, at first, said he could call the Engen to smooth things over and then took my statement. Suspiciously the systems were down. We'll send the case number to you, which to no surprise I still haven't received. Having then spread a warning to numerous locals, other stories of Engen's ********** activity began to emerge.Sickening that Engen is *****ing from vulnerable consumers without any repercussions!
