Engen Southways Car wash towards Booysens high crime zone!!

On the 06th November I visited Engen southway in Booysens for a car wash, whilst we were sitting at the nicely designed garden which is right next to the main road , the lady sitting opposite me started screaming and I realized she was ****** by a passer by who just pulled up the road and passenger quickly helped himself to her phone and drove off. The staff at the car wash confirmed this is the norm and all customers in site demanded to speak to manager . A young man approached and first blamed Engen for not improving security and after enterogating him and his brother they confessed they will not put any warning or alert customers of the danger whilst at the car wash since it will mean they will loose customers !! The lady that was ****** was told to be more vigilant since this is SA and they not responsible for telling customers how to handle their belongings
