Engen Skycity staff and manager are ABUSIVE towards women

On the morning of 12 December the petrol attendant was very rude to me which led to the security guard of the station even wanting to hit me ... I then requested for the store manager and they kept on saying he’s very busy he can’t come until after a while when other ppl at the garage interfered because of how the security guard was pushing me from entering the shop . I was denied from buying coal by the stuff When I ask why they say they can’t sell to me - I went back to the station with police to request footage of that morning but no one wanted to give us instead they said it had been deleted. A week later went to pour fuel at the same garage with my husband and we were told I was burned from the garage - when my husband requested for the manager to ask why and who said so the staff said the manager is busy he won’t come out. After 20minutes of waiting Eventually the manager came out and said I have been burned from the garage - from buying or pouring fuel-when we ask why they not giving a valid reason . I really need the franchise operator to intervene and ask it’s stuff why am I excluded from pouring fuel at engen as a resident of Skycity . I was pushed mishandled nd insulted by the security guard and stuff and no one wants to take out the footage. I drive a blue BMW
