Engen should align there prices in all stores, and not let greedy owners set their own

I bough a packet of Pall Mall cigarettes this morning at the Engen garage in Woodmead for R27. Engen Elm Street charges R37 for exactly the same item. How on earth do you justify ripping people off in this manner??? At least i know not to ever stop there again
