Engen service station on the blink!

I was disappointed to find that the Engen petrol station in Hazyview looks like it has been abandoned. There isn't a sign of what the situation is and the only indication of the status of the facility is some tatty tape cordoning off the whole petrol station. Why don't companies put up signs to alert customers to a situation that concerns them?
